Project overview
Designed from the ground up as a three-level coastal home in The Bahamas, the residence places the master suite on the uppermost floor to take advantage of the ocean views. Projecting cornices and strong horizontal lines help balance its vertical composition, while the stone-clad base anchors the building within its tropical setting. Type Design Group developed the architectural and MEP design.

Level 1: Covered carport, foyer, open living, dining and kitchen area, pantry, bathroom, secondary bedroom, service spaces, and exterior deck. Level 2: Two secondary bedrooms, one en-suite bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet, shared bathroom, and laundry room. Level 3: Master suite with walk-in closet, private bathroom, and ocean-facing balcony.
