Developed as a flexible single-story residential prototype, the proposal combines a clear horizontal composition with an adaptable construction approach. A landscaped corridor introduces daylight and greenery into the center of the plan while separating the shared and private areas. Although the flat roof defines the current architectural expression, the same organization can accommodate a pitched-roof alternative.
